Ralph Denune III has acted as court-appointed receiver in State and Federal courts in over 105 cases. His practices areas include Domestic Relations, Business Transactions, Receiverships, White-Collar Criminal Defense, and general client litigation. During Mr. Denune’s 44 years of practice, he has tried numerous jury cases to verdict in both State and Federal courts; cases both civil and criminal in nature. Mr. Denune has also tried numerous civil cases in bench trials has conducted several dozen divorce trials in Lucas and the surrounding counties. His Domestic Relations practice consists primarily of representation in divorce cases and post-divorce issues.
