Mr. Daniel T. Ellis is a partner at Lydy & Moan, LTD., handling matters primarily in the fields of commercial litigation, business disputes, insurance policy interpretation, and contract law including preliminary and permanent injunctions. Mr. Ellis also represents firearm advocacy groups, Federal Firearm License dealers in ATF audits, individuals in concealed and open carry cases including criminal violations as well as assisting firearm owners in complying with statutory provisions to own and possess firearms, including N.F.A. firearms and N.F.A. Trusts.

Mr. Ellis has prosecuted and defended cases asserting liability in 42 § U.S.C. 1983 for governmental violations of individual civil rights including respecting the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Amendments to the United States Constitution. He has tried cases in numerous Federal and State Courts including Trademark Infringement, Important of Products in violation of the statutory requirements, and has testified in front of the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission.
