At the time of writing this, Mr. Taylor has been practicing law for 9 years as of November, 2013.
He is a Toledo native and attended Springfield schools. After high school, Jayson entered the U.S. Army and served in the 75th Ranger Regiment. He was injured in a parachute accident during a night training operation and received an Honorable Discharge thereafter.
Jayson attended the University of Toledo where he received an undergrad degree in Business as well as his Law degree. During law school, he also earned his Masters in Business in UT's "Dual Degree" Program, earning a joint JD/MBA.
Mr. Taylor is an accomplished musician and play multiple instruments including the guitar, bass guitar, drums, and piano.
He currently focuses his practice on business and financial matters including business planning, business litigation, and personal estate planning - wills and trusts. He also helps clients plan how to revive a struggling business, develop business, and strategic and critical planning for business, including how to transition their business for the future.
Jayson currently practices in the following other areas of law: Estate and Probate, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Defamation, Bankruptcy, Divorce, Real Estate and Property Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Appellate Law, Commercial Litigation, Music law and management, Contract Disputes, Corporate Law, Elder Law, Domestic Relations Law, Employment Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Juvenile Law, and Taxation.
Mr. Taylor also volunteers with Gallantfew.org, the Sua Sponte Foundation, and is the founding member of "Ranger/Lawyers". All of these groups help active and veteran Army Rangers.
He currently resides in Maumee, Ohio with his wife and three children."
